DC Cloud Academy is operated by DC Cloud. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you register your interest, why we collect it, and your rights over it.
2. Data we collect
- Your details: name and email address.
- Phone number: used to contact you and invite you to our community channels (WhatsApp / Arattai).
- Course interest & message: the courses you select and any message you send.
- Consent record & source: the fact and time you agreed to be contacted, and how you reached us.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, tell you about the courses you selected, and — because you consented — to contact you on WhatsApp, Arattai, or email. We do not sell your personal data.
4. WhatsApp & Arattai
If you opt in, we use your phone number to contact you and to invite you to our community channels. Those services are operated by third parties (Meta and Zoho) under their own privacy policies. You can leave a channel or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to be contacted at any time by emailing contact@dccloud.in. Where applicable (including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR), we will honour these rights.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to respond to your interest and provide the programme, or until you ask us to delete it.
